HealthSiteMonitor
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use explain the basis on which you may use HealthSiteMonitor and its website scan service.
Informational scans only
HealthSiteMonitor provides informational website scans only. It is not legal advice, medical advice, a compliance audit, a clinical review service or a medical accuracy checker.
No guarantees
HealthSiteMonitor does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, sales, leads, enquiries or AI citations. Scan results highlight issues that may affect trust, visibility or user confidence, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing scan results and deciding what to fix on your own website. You must not misuse the service or scan websites that you are not authorised to review.
Paid help with fixes
HealthSiteMonitor may offer help fixing issues as a separate paid service. Any paid work must be separately agreed and negotiated before it begins.
Liability
To the fullest extent legally permitted, HealthSiteMonitor limits its liability for use of this website and scan service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
